• Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful request by law enforcement

Service records and account information are retained for the duration of your business relationship and for seven (7) years thereafter for tax and legal compliance. Website usage data is retained for 26 months. You may request earlier deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
