- Website data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL collected automatically when you visit our website

- Request a quote or free security assessment
- Submit a contact form on our website
- Call or email us to inquire about services
- Enter into a service agreement for installation or monitoring
- Subscribe to our email newsletter
- Browse our website (automatically collected data)

- Monitoring station partners: We share your name, address, and alarm system details with our third-party monitoring station so they can dispatch emergency services when your alarm is triggered
- Service providers: We may share information with contractors who assist in delivering our services, subject to confidentiality agreements
- Product manufacturers: When processing warranty claims, we may share relevant information with the product manufacturer
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful request by law enforcement
- Business transfer: In the event of a sale or merger of our business, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity
5. Security of Your Information
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 6. Retention of Your Information

Service records and account information are retained for the duration of your business relationship and for seven (7) years thereafter for tax and legal compliance. Website usage data is retained for 26 months. You may request earlier deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements.

- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of your information, subject to legal and contractual restrictions

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided below. We will respond to your request within 30 days and will not charge a fee for access requests unless they are excessively burdensome.
